There is scope in every organisation to save time and resources by redesigning or reducing standard processes and repetitive tasks.

Often management and staff are so close to the work that they find it hard to see how things can change.

In this situation an external consultant can be invaluable, asking the questions that are too difficult or even sometimes too obvious for employees to ask.
